Water Act / Water Sustainability Act
Approvals for water use, diversion, and works in and about streams. We prepare complete technical packages that meet regulatory standards and expedite agency review.
Public Lands Act
Approvals for works on public land, including watercourse crossings, road culverts, and bridge structures. Full technical documentation and coordination with Alberta Crown Land.
Lakes and Rivers Improvement Act
Permits for works affecting lakes, rivers, and associated floodplains. We handle the engineering analysis and submission package from start to approval.
