Throughout my career in water resources engineering, I had the privilege of working alongside talented teams at established consulting firms. I am deeply grateful for those years and for the knowledge, mentorship, and project experience they gave me.
Over time, I noticed that clients were often waiting longer and spending more than necessary. Not because of a lack of skill or dedication, but because large firm structures carry real constraints: layered overhead, legacy tools, and limited flexibility to adopt the technologies that now exist to do this work better and faster.
I started Aqua Cura because I believed clients deserved more. Not just technically sound work, but a firm that truly listens, responds quickly, and treats every project with the same care the client feels. I wanted to build a practice where AI, data science, and computer programming are the foundation of how we work every day — not future aspirations.
